These are my first Mac eye shadows I ever bought. Some are
great and one eye shadow I don’t find myself using at all. There is so much
buzz in the beauty world about Mac eyeshadows. Makeup artist seem to rave about
the pigmentation and colour range that Mac has to offer. There are also some
complains with the pigmentation of some eye shadows. But I love Mac so I
thought it’s time to get on the band wagon and invest in some Mac eye shadows.
The Mac Makeup artist at the store helped me with some of
the eyeshades and here is what i picked out. 
- MAC Parfait Amour eye shadow is a blue-violet colour with a shimmer. Amazing for brown eye colour girls . Especially those who want tot incorporate some colour in there life .This shadow has a frosted finish. This eye shadow is pigmented when applied with eye primer. However,it can be a little sheer when applied without it any base . I find this shadow to show more pigmented on the lid if you apply a purple of black base . The best way to use this according to me is to wet the shadow and apply it as a eyeliner on the top or bottom lid. Use some fix plus to wet your brush slightly and then get some product on the brush and viola its perfect
- Mac Bronze eye shadow is a bronze brown shadow. This is a medium shimmery Bronze colour. This has become my staple eye shadow. It’s a lovely shimmery brown shade without being too over powering, so perfect to wear in the day time! I hope they never discontinue this shade! It's a true bronze colour- there are no copper or gold tones in it and works amazing on warm skin tones. I love this colour in the crease with a beige/champagne colour on the lid :) it gives a really gorgeous neutral look that I've been wearing a lot this summer.
- Mac Nylon eye shadow is a Frosty shade .Nylon has pale gold tones with fine shimmers. It is very blendable and buildable. The colour has quite a rich pigment. This shadow, as I've noticed from many other Mac shadows, stays in place all night. It does not melt off or transfer .Love this highlighter, especially for inner tear duct. Would definitely repurchase. The yellow tone also beautifully complements the taupey and bronzy colours. This is a favourite of Pixi2woo on YouTube and recommends it for olive skin tones.

- Mac eye shadow Pink Venus is a very pretty pink colour with lots of shimmer. But sadly this is the most disappointing purchase form Mac I have ever made. I cannot tell you how much I hate this shade, it has no pigment pay off and very hard to work with. I tried using NYX jumbo pencil in Milk as a base yet it doesn’t show up. I don’t recommend this shade to any one , if you’re going for a Mac pink eye shadow try out All that glitters and expensive Pink .I even tried out using this shade with a natural bristle brush , synthetic , sponge tip applicator and finger yet this shadow does not transfer on my lid at all .
